    Deal or No Deal is very good entertainment but only for about 4 episodes then you start to want to kill Noel and put the contestants in the boxes... trust me I have watched hundreds of episodes and now have a different plan for the demise of all the contestants. Don't allow yourself to get to that stage.
    Dancing on ice extra is nice to watch around dinner time.
